Roger lives with his family in Madison, Mississippi. He started with CCS back in 2014 and currently works as a system analyst. He is also part of the team that handles case escalation.
Roger’s favorite part about the job is having the opportunity to resolve complex application or network issues.
Roger has over 16 years of professional I.T. experience. When he isn’t working, he enjoys watching YouTube videos that teach advanced math, theoretical physics, computer science, psychology/counseling, and historical documentaries. As the parent of a child with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis, Roger has become a fierce advocate for the disabled and special needs community. It inspired him to return to college in 2016 and earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2018. He is also helping in research about the influence of anxiety and activation of the body’s stress response system on the cognitive processes and memory formation in children diagnosed with ASD.
