Sue lays claim to an extensive career in the software industry, which has allowed her to gain a breadth of knowledge spanning the many departments contributing to the Common CENTS® brand.  From Systems Integrator and Software Training to Senior Level Oversight of multiple business units, she has consistently shown a talent for administrative management.  Paired with her amiable nature and concept development skills, she has facilitated growth in terms of sales, training, support, and product development.  Since the late 1990's, Sue has embraced an expanding variety of senior executive management roles with the Jonas Food Service Group. Now, as President of Common CENTS®, she dedicates her professional focus as leader of our initiatives across the board.

Russ Bishop is currently Vice President and the Director of Research and Development.  He has 25+ years in the software development industry and has been with Common CENTS® Solutions since September 2000. He was formerly a Sr. Software Engineer with the company and has been an internal part of the architectural design, development and successful deployment of CCS's flagship products, GEMpay, GEMserve, and the new cloud-based online ordering product, GEM2go.  Russ is responsible for the vision and direction of software development at Common CENTS® on a day-to-day basis.

As the Customer Support Manager, Jon is responsible for the support and delivery of our point-of-sale, cashless, and in-patient dining solutions and manages a solid team of professionals to provide those services. Jon brings over 26 years of customer service and operations experience from a variety of markets including healthcare, telecommunications, and government. He brings a unique perspective and passionate attitude toward providing a better customer service experience.  Jon is a graduate from Georgia Southern University and is a resident of Brandon, Mississippi.

As the Professional Manager, Charles is responsible for the implementation of our point-of-sale, cashless, and in-patient dining solutions and manages a dynamic team of professionals to provide those services.  Charles brings over 12 years of customer service and implementation experience and has been with Common CENTS® Solutions since September 2007.  He was formerly a Sr. Implementation Specialist with the company.  He strives to ensure the customer is always satisfied with his calm demeanor and can-do attitude.  Charles is a graduate from the University of Mississippi and is a resident of Madison, Mississippi.
